- 41 Hours Pregnancy and Childbirth Yoga (9 hours of theory + 32 hours of practice).
- 22 Hours Pregnancy Yoga in Water (8 hours of theory + 14 hours of practice).
- 21 Hours Postpartum Yoga (5 hours of theory + 16 hours of practice).
- 22 Hours Postpartum Yoga in Water (8 hours of theory + 14 hours of practice).
